Our Logo:

The turtle symbolizes unification of heaven and earth. Turtles have not, however, always been viewed so positively. With increasing respect for the wisdom of indigenous cultures, including Native Americans, the world now has greater understanding about turtles. The turtle is one of the oldest animals on earth today, and some live over 100 years. There are 13 sections marked on a turtle’s back, and there are 13 lunar cycles in a year. The number 13 is the symbol of ascended consciousness. Around the outer edge of the shell are 28 smaller sections; there are 28 days in one lunar cycle and in the female cycle. The turtle represents Mother Earth, good health, long life, endurance, and persistence. Turtles symbolize longevity, lunar cycles, and the power of female energies. Because of its extraordinary characteristics, the turtle is the sacred image for our logo.
